Joanneum ResearchJoanneum Research will focus on large-scale integration of organic logic circuits which opens one interesting aspect concerning the cost assessment of polytronic RF Tags. The reduction of the critical dimensions below 1µm will be done by nanoimprint lithography (in-line capable) and evaluated on optimised single devices (TFT) via its impact on critical transistor parameters such as mobility, on/off ratio, subtreshold slope, contact resistance and overlap capacity.>>back |
