Our role in the project:
- Realization of one-time programmable single memory elements. Investigation of reproducibility, stability, and of scaling of the properties with the lateral and vertical dimensions.
- Realization of electrically programmable and erasable memory elements. Investigation of reproducibility, persistence, retention, and of scaling of the properties with the lateral and vertical dimensions.
- Incorporation of the most promising memory elements in the polymer technology flow chart.
- Design and layout of programmable IC's.
