Technische Universität ChemnitzAs part of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, the Institute for Print and Media Technology focuses on developments of new technologies for information handling and delivery as well as on printing technologies, both in research of printing processes and materials, and in machinery design. In the field of polytronics, the Institute works on projects developing new printing technologies and special applications for existing printing technologies. One focal point of these projects are printing technologies with high efficiency in continuous roll-to-roll processes, such as offset, gravure and flexographic printing.>>back |
