Survey to EU project "PolyApply"The Application of Polymer Electronics towards Ambient IntelligencePolyApply is a research project funded under the European 6th Framework programme with the aim to advance Polymer Electronic technologies for their use in different fields of applications. One of the main objectives of the project is to develop processes for mass production of so-called RFIDs based on organic electronics. In the course of the project, technology demonstrations shall be manufactured that reflect the market demands. This questionnaire will enable you to contribute to the PolyApply project and influence the direction of the developments. Filling in the questionaire will take any time from 5 to 20 minutes, depending on your particular inputs. As a benefit you will receive an anonymized evaluation of the survey for your internal use when you send in the completed form. The questionnaire is designed to yield a basis for understanding the current uses of RFID technology. It will be used to derive a requirements matrix for future RFID technologies, and, with respect to the specific PolyApply requirements, derive a development requirement matrix for polymer electronic devices. At the same time we aim to raise your interest in Polymer Electronic technology. Although PolyApply is driving for the use of Polymer Electronics, the fields of applications and the specifics with respect to technological performance should not be limited to the capabilities of this particular technology. The goal is rather to identify the required, preferred and desired functionality of an RFID system that will suit your requirements.
